Seeking help on project, take a look please folks.

Here is the deal, I wanna mesh these two pics together for my logo on my hockey jersey. I'm making a team for next season and were going to be called the Young Guns so I thought it would be a cool look to use the cowboy hat from the first pic and put it on the sinister looking skull in the second pic or third pic.

I'm not proficient with imagery programs and was hoping you guys could mesh these for me. I gave it a few tries myself but it never seemed to come out well.

Any help here folks would be appreciated and if you want to put your own personal touch on it feel free! Know that a team next season will bare your logo =P.

I little big of scaling and rebuilding here and there. I don't know if you wanted the hat coloured but it looks fine as is.

EDIT: I also like to add how i take no credit for the artwork. I have a feeling someone out there would be upset over this.
