kind of a short flame..

to you, the person that's pulling TWO mobs at the same time that TWO parties are trying to exp on, when theres only 6 pops, and spamming in the damn middle of the pop room.. fuck you dude, fuck your NPC, and fuck your excuses to stay and pop claim helm beetles when there are so many other places you could go of the same level.

NPC leveling is fun, I don't get mad if you're killing EXP mobs when theres a ton around and more than enough for you, but seriously.. that's just queer.

Went through the same thing when I was lvling war through there, so annoying. Its one thing when thers one exp pt there and more than enough. But i remember pulling was like NM camping, was rediculous. So many places to lvl up NPCs too...
 
Encountered that far too often when soloing on drg or skilling up on any job ><

I was there when you were Tymon, and I saw the two people you were talking about :(. We were getting my friend a key so we were trying to just take Scorps and Knight Crawlers, but they were killing EVERYTHING ><.

They actually left barely 5 minutes after you all D2'd :(
 
i enjoy screwing with those kinda people... ill pull out my boomerang (very low throwing skill) and claim the mob when it goes yellow and keep throwing tho never hitting it often enough to keep it red. This is assuming that they did some damage to it when they pulled it. Then the mob will sit there beating on the them while claimed by you. On two occasions i have gotten this to work well on someone the first time it actually killed them because they were a thf using bloodys to stay alive and the second was a rdm/blm who ended up warping after cursing at me for a few minutes.

Perhaps not the most ethical solution but it does get rid of people.

I guess he's trying to say I botted padfoot when I've only camped him once and the time I did was before I even bought ffxi for pc.

Just because I know where the bots are doesn't I mean I use them.
 
Tymon, that sucks..
Some people lack any moral fiber, or moral consideration.. I personally use my NPC to do skill ups, and get happy when it lvl's.. I ALWAYS do this well away from exp pt's. Unless I'm there to watch over that pt in the event they need an occasional heal or raise... but that's rare.

People that have no regard for others don't belong in a community such as this and should be black balled until they learn it..

but, that's just my opinion.

maybe this will make ya feel better:last night, at the Shit-a-del, my PT stood and watched as an exp-mob killing NPC leveler caught a link and died, and then, i poked the his corpse.
no raise from us either, but thats just because we did not have a WHM.
 
lol i did that to Kurei in sky, greedy Jp pt would try and claim up to 3 deco weapons at once, he was on drk and they resit'd his sleep. i shot it went out of range and the weapon just beat on him for a while until i got sick of it and wanted it exp. lol was hilarious
 
Man in a serious way, I consider NPC Lvling a waste of time. I mean what would it be good use for anyways? Nada. Fun? Ok......
 
Wait wait, NPC levelers are going to exp spots and obliterating the mobs that parties are trying to exp on? What's next, NPC levelers going to bst leveling spots and killing exp for beastmasters?
