Not that I know of. Would have to be one heck of a sunburn...and at that point the nipples would likely be the least of your worries.

Mine have been burned, but not from a beach - from my tanning salon days...but only on the two or three times that I got REALLLY burned.
I think maybe that was because the lights were so close to them though - I cannot imagine the sun would have the same effect....

Seriously though: I think it depends on how sensitive your skin is. I have reddish hair so sun in real sensitive places sucks in a big way. I recommend 40+ sunblock. Or tassles... you'll be stylin' AND protected. :biggrin:

Nipples shouldn't burn due to the high amount of melanin in them... unless you have pink nipples... I like pink nipples... soft, pink nipples... about an inch in diameter... and they subtly blend into the skin... not a defined line... I demand that all women have soft pink nipples!
