Yeah no kidding. And we still haven't heard nothing from hector yet here. He can't even win on his home terf, much less here. And has anyone else over there even shown up yet? Its still quiet around here lol.

Love how hector kept claiming he would win after he made his "one" post for more than one post. Proof of his failure right there. Theres only one victory per battle. He posted multiple "victory" posts which means those earlier posts were not effective in claiming victory so they turned to failure posts. Guess they also all finally ran out of those fancy little run on name callings they do. So its either taking them a long time to gather new run on name callings or they just gave up lol. Nice job RoM. That was fast lol.

There's been a few of them that made accounts here, but the other mods were faster on banning them than I am in bed. At least 3 accounts didn't even get to post before they were banned.

Give them what they really want. Keep posting gettin' them all riled up then when it's just gettin' interesting... edit all of your post to a picture of your wiener. I mean, Lebos seems to call people a "faggot" a lot, me thinks he likes teh cawk. Money shot is more better but eh, to much probably.
 
Wow, I tried to approach the flame with thought out and coherent sentences, and I get the same shit. I post a bunch of name calling crap (with a touch of RoM at the end) and he actually responds to it, I mean what the hell.

I am sorry but Chicago pizza> New York. Who wants to eat flaccid pizza? Until you eat Chicago style deep dish or pan you have not lived. Chicago has superior water simply because Lake Michigan is right there and is clean pretty much year round. The only time I have ever seen garbage in Michigan was on a windy day during the Taste of Chicago. I have had NYC pizza it sucks hands down.

Hell when my parents went to New York, I think 2 years ago now, they went to a pizza shop in NYC and asked for them to put the sausage etc under the cheese like on a Chicago style thin crust. You know what they said? The pizza wouldn't cook right. My mom said we'll still pay for it even if it doesn't cook right. Guess what it cooked right. Haha derp we're stupid New Yorkers who flip flop on our baseball and can't stay loyal and we have crappy pizza derp.
 
NYC pizza is also expensive. I've never had it (nor chicago) but my brother has and he said it cost him like 6-7 bucks just for one slice when he visited up there. I know the slice is big but still, I can get a whole meal here in VA for that much. Me being raised more southern style and southern home cooked meals, I could bet I would like chicago pizza better than NYC pizza. Plus sausage under the cheese sounds pretty good :).
 
This is by far and large the stupidest thread I've ever had the displeasure of reading, and yet I feel a sense of pride being a part of it, however small. It's like, when people talk about the stupidest thing that ever happened on the internet, I can say, "I was there..."

Anyway. The arguement has drifted over to which forum is better now. I have discarded one fanboy and I'm now picking up another. It's just about lost my interest.

One thing I have realized through this little mess... QCDN, you guys are great. You are intelligent, funny, helpful, and mature.

You guys rock. Seriously.
 
QCDN is a forum with a theme, that serves the purpose of giving people who play on the Quetz server a way to organize and discuss outside of the game. Shinra Online is a forum that used to have a theme of fans of FFVII, but is now "anything goes!" I guess. I can find far better discussion on variety topics on half a hundred sites on the Internet, but QCDN is the ONLY site for FFXI Quetz discussion.

Therefore, at least in my book, QCDN is better because we have direction and a purpose. There's only one QCDN; and there's nothing on SO that I can't find 1000 times better on sites like SomethingAwful.

Yeah I read through some of it this morning to see if people over there were still posting. I did see that the argument switched to whos better now. I see hector lesbos whatever the heck you wanna call him was dissing our site based off of just two threads from the FB. I'm sorry but last night I actually decided to take the time and explore more of their site and I wasn't really impressed. They have a ton of pointless catergories too. Its like taking our lounge area threads and subdividing them into 4 or 5 different sub-catagories. They also have what it looks to be two different FB type forums? the "flame4gil" and "bitching ground"? I dunno.

Nothing they have there can hold my interest up like this site does. Still haven't figured this one out.

This shows the sites quality of sense of humor they got over there. I even read a thread where they complained about how people are leaving and no one posts anymore. Yet they still defend it like its the best thing running.

I've retired from FFXI last summer and I'm still posting here regularly. I like the people on this site. Its like I'm still playing game with all the friendly and funny people on here cept in text rather than polygons lol. Plus I can still keep in contact with some good friends I made in our LS threads. Hard to base a site off of a single player rpg thats just about a decade old. Makes me more glad that I'm a part of this site :)

Like i said, couple days time and they're forgotten and used up. They have no staying power, no skill, and no insight. They lost any rational argument that was being made ala ... me, the rest is fluff and nonsense trying to salvage the last remaining shreds of a piddly ass super-ego on a dying forum.

It's not as if everyone wasen't completely aware of how finite this was. If you weren't you were kidding yourself.
