Well, obviously, Shizia isn't a good NM camper. Shows doenst know how rare items work. I would think a 60something(being that devalues my lvl ; ) paladin, you sure are still clueless. And if you've seen all 3 wear pcc, it's way possible its the same charm all 3 wear at a different time.
And wsm. I wan't your proof. Go find Phraust and Tiya, and check their computers. Look if they are running 3-rd party applications. Bring down the police and have them take an official statement. I'd like to see you as a lawyer someday, you'd be the laughing stock in the courtroom. You cannot blindly accuse someone without evidence, and no, what you, or anyone says is not evidence, you need something tangible and infaible as proof.
You might even want to watch them camp. Half of it is watching TV in the other room. But you never put in the effort to figure out how the NM you want works. Each nm works differently, different patterns, and take a lot of pateince, reflecting and memory to notices these patterns. Once you have the key, for anything really, you understand a subsystem of the game, milk it for profit.
