If I am looking at this right, the link to your sig is on your computer and not uploaded to a website. In order for a link to display, the picture needs to be hosted to a site. There are a few free places that allow you to upload pictures such as imageshack and photobucket. Sometimes depending on the isp, you might also have free webspace with them. Hope that helps.
