Signatures: make the image and upload it to an image hosting sight (I use photobucket [www.photobucket.com]), then go to profile and scroll down to signature. Type

then any text you might want.

Screenshots: I use fraps. I think the website is www.fraps.com, if not just google fraps.

Make your sig pic

Make an account at photobucket

Upload it there

Get the URL from the image

Copy said URL

Go to your signature part of profile

type

Hit submit

Download and install fraps

Run fraps

Set the hotkey to save pictures with

Run FFXI

Hit hotkey

Go to fraps folder and edit the image and crop it to just get what you want in it

Save it *.jpeg is the best*
