I'd like to take this time to give a public apology to everyone who's hadto deal with my incessant (sp?) whining as of lately. The stress of my cat dying, finals, graduation, and several bad instance occuring (...sp?) at work have left me extremely stressed out. Alot of my friends have quit FFXI, and the few I have that still play are on very rarely, and when they are, they tend to be stressed from having stuff to do ingame and don't wanna talk...

So yes, as it's been pointed out - I'm lonely. Quite often. I rarely have anyone to talk to in FFXI, and it's making the game start to suck...a lot.

Currently, I'm trying to level THF, and it's massively funner than WHM ever was (though I need Utsusemi [luckily, the Mandragoras have made it sortof a waste to use, but I still need it, needto quest it on a mule or somethin, sold it LONG ago fer 100k when I thought I'd never be NIN or a job with /NIN ^^;; ..]), so I'm been much cheerier. Hopefully it'll stay this way fer a while..

But anyways, yeh. Sorry I've been in such a slump lately, and sorry to anyone I've snapped towards. Been alot of dumb crap going on IRL, and I may or may not quit at the end of June, since 90% of the time I'm just levelling or helping people I don't know without thanks, which seems as sortof a waste of time to me.

And that's about it.

Yeah XD wound up netting some 5.5k/h party off of Goblin...uhm...Furrier. 180+ xp per kill with chain 5s =P

Actually would be 30 (@1700 now) but I didn't wanna make my character even more gimped by not having Utsusemi and NIN at only like, 13 :oops:

Actually, THF/MNK works really well until 33 and viper bite. I'd bug Rayn about the transition from WHM to THF.

But Nadrs is too awesome to pass up, I've gotten up to 318DMG on SA Fast Blade. ^^;; (usually sticks in the 220s range, but every now and then the DMG is really up there; I rarely break 200 with SA Combo though, and I don't have the WS after Shoulder Tackle yet.)
 
29 thf (just going by your sig..)? I've been levelling my smn up and it's lvl 29 right now. Feel free to look me up next time you xp. :)
 
You can level with my war in a few more lvls. It needs the lvls too, its gimped XD
 
I wish I had the drive to get THF to 15 XD maybe then it'd get better >< oh well.. I can't even play right now as is -_- blah...

It's 7 and I really just hate soloing, I die within 30 minutes of trying and that just kills my incentive.
 
ohh I know how that is, Tymon.. I wanted to get it to atleast 10 so I'd have all jobs 10+... it's 9... I can't get it passed that without dying.. I go out with it and make maybe 100 exp at most between time out there and deaths and give up XD
 
Only help I can give is..use a Wax Sword +1. Probably by far the best thing til low 10s...and going from West Ronfaure to Horutoto can be good til 15 or so..
 
First job I ever played as a newbie was thf, and I soloed it from 1 to 15 with no subjob in Saruta and Tahrongi Canyon fighting DCs. Took forever, wasn't fun, but it's definitely doable (as in, I really didn't know how to farm or care about the best equipment when I first started).
 
Couldnt even think about how boreing this game would be if i wasnt an Atma Weapon. Hey if you ever need someone to talk to when i get back to this game you can talk to me. I know it sucks being lonely in this game seeing everyone else having someone but It helps having a good LS, Hope things start looking up for you. Take care
