Getting Fomor hate At Misareaux Coast, Can your party member still get Fomor hate if you're too far away? or have to be in an EXP range?

Wiki said anyone in pt/alliance can get hate. but didn't say distance wise

From my experience clearing hate for Sacrarium, it seems to be zone wide when killing beastmen.
