Perfect succeeded as a private-public hybrid because dynamis pants failed and released a slew of experienced players into the demand market. The new buzzword back then was locked dedication. The end of dynamis pants spelled success for the first closed-roster NA shells on this server. Perfect swept most of them up and reaped the whirlwind of disaster. Not that that's wrong. That's just what happened. I remember the threads that spawned when DP finally went down. It was a whole lot of talent to be reaped back then. The right jobs. The best gear. The highest levels. The most experience you could find, and the be-there-every-day that you need.

You claim that 'hybrid' Dynamis shells can't and don't work, and yet, by your definition of hybrid, I'm in a 'hybrid' shell that hasn't lost a run (save Xarca) for probably well over a year ...

Perfect got all the help imaginable. No other god shell can hope to be so lucky again. OHex was insanely lucky to also reap some benefit of dynamis pants' death. We got their timeslot. We got their core. We got a good slab of the talent. But as much help as they got, it wasn't enough. If you want to attribute OHex's failure to me, go ahead. I took it to the end of beau with 24 people. Didn't link the must-linkable. Whittled the difficulty as far down as humanly possible to make 30 people dynamis runs workable instead of -10k xpfests. Perfect asked me how to pull beaucedine, and I told them. I wonder if I still have the PMs. You said you got all your extensions, pere. How did you pull the 6th extention pere?

And now it's dead.

BoL would just as soon pick up 20 fulltime members as successfully recruit 20 general public players willing to do dynamis with them. God shells have nothing to offer the general player but a 2nd class badge and a raincheck when they decide to go camp something else instead of doing their 6th sandy run. God shells aren't powerful enough to cut dynamis in the long run. All NA god shells require help on quetza, and Perfect got to pick the best help imaginable thanks to Svina and Liefe.

Their members are theirs, that's true. If it were me I'd join my own shell's dynamis efforts too. But I'd do it under a little more mature leadership than Calbrone can ever offer. Fact is, BoL runs when they do because Calbrone thinks it'll hurt ME. He ran with me. He knew full well Invictus and 2 other shells run just after that time. I advised BoL members that god dynamis isn't a good idea after seeing how hard OHex fell.

Peregrine, I stood by your side as long as possible. I tried to lighten up all the flames and all the shots everyone was taking on you. I followed you in threads and posted that we would not get any members in Invictus you bashed everyone the way you did. I showed up to every run I possibly could, up until I stopped playing and minus that one time I fell asleep because there was a little less than 20 people and we didn't start till an hour after the projected entry time. I really tried Pere. I don't know what went wrong. I'm sorry.

I always try to act nice and be friends with everyones' "flavor of the week", and by that I mean the usual trolls that the majority like to bash. Not for pity or anything, but because I don't think there is a "bad" person in the world. And hey I think I can safely say the majority of the people I know think I'm an allright dude, and they'd say to themselves "Well maybe peregrine isn't that bad of a guy if that dude neosquall is with him". I was hoping something like that would happen. I made funny's with you, I got 3 AF pieces, I had good times in Invictus and I won't deny that. Somewhere in between the 3 months I was in the shell, all of that crashed, burned, and died off in the island. I wish I could've been there to see Invictus make it to Xarcabard, even after all the flak on the flameboard. I'm sorry... I really am.

So I just started playing again, and I'm afraid I can't return to Invictus. It's not because of the incessant chattering while we were making big pulls, it's not because of the random idiots that think they can solo a fuckin Yagudo, it's not because of the people who can't look at the final boss, CHOOSE the fuckin thing, pull it back safely, and get the win, it's not because we couldn't manage to get a decent roster even after 3 months, it's not because even after your shell merged with UtterChaos that after the first week the attendance dropped by 60%, it's not because when I logged on to (one of my best pals in the game) Trixx's character last night, that the first thing I read was a message from you that read: "Well... we can always just farm tonight" on a night we don't usually farm, it's not because of any of that.

A few days prior to my return, Calbrone hits me up, and tells me how everything is going and all that. He asked me if I could pull for BoL's Dynamis linkshell. I said I couldn't, I'd already told Peregrine that I was going to run with him, because I have faith in him. Then Calbrone knocked me to my senses and told me "BoL and Peregrine cannot co-exist, not anymore. It's about as awkward as when you run into your mother's room while she is naked when you're a child.". As stupid as the analogy was, I had to accept the fact that BoL can't stay in Invictus.

BoL Dynamis wasn't made because a false vendetta between BoL and anyone in the 7:30 PM EST slot (we'll be running now at 4:00PM to cause less confusion, have more members arrive, and to be able to enter on Tuesdays), and more importantly it wasn't made because BoL hates Invictus. We thought this was perfect time to get into Dynamis, and we also wanted to get some neat stuff within our ranks and we thought it could be another way our members can connect and work together outside of sky and have fun. That's all it is, That's all it was, That's all it ever will be.

Regardless, if you're interested in knowing what Dynamis we'll be entering even though they shouldn't conflict in times, send me a /tell. Take care Pere, i wish your shell the best.

First off, dont ever bring our shell into this battle. I have never spoken a damn word against your pathetic ass shell this entire time. Have the respect as a leader to another to not bring this petty bullshit up.

We didnt get lucky about anything, we are well disciplined and operate as a team with good pulls, albeit a few bad pulls once in a blue moon. What was all this unimaginable help we got? We put the work in to get the players, the players in turn put the work in to make the shell work together aka "Teamwork". Not Peregrine master of the dynamis universe.

And EVERY god shell can hope to be lucky, its called good leadership...however we dont run our linkshell like an egotistical asshole as you do. Based on the quote in Blowy's post, Peregrine is claiming that getting to the end of Dynamis - Beaucindine is really such a huge achievement, even with a small number of people. If you don't ignore the fact that literally over half the time in that zone is just running around and there's not nearly as much fighting as there are in the cities and therefore a lot easier, it's a lot less impressive than he's making it out to be. We did it with about 30 in dynamis pants, and that was on a tuesday.

As far as I see it.. BoL members were probably 1 of the main reasons Invictus would last as long as they did, with the members I had running with you.. im just glad that my members wont be wasting they're time, and losing much needed-EXP running under you, and helping you profit *YOURSELF* from the currency.

As far as I see it.. you made this your own personal vendetta.. we just laugh at you, but hey since you made the offer, If any of you Invictus players wanna run with an "ORGANIZED" Dynamis Shell, holla at Calbrone (since I never ran with Invictus). And if you didnt know Pantygrene, BoL Dynamis is pretty much members only, for the reason of improving "LS MEMBERS", Promoting teamwork, coordination, a chance at relic, and upgrading member relic weapons.. Just stop crying because you can't be apart of the Dynasty, you envy us, and even if we did run the sametime you did.. why do you complain like a lil hoe? As far as I see it, you do your thing, we do ours, but if you ever need screenshots of how its supposed to be done, holla at me.. but if you really want to see step-by-step how we do our runs.. buy the hourglass for us, and I might consider letting you run with us.
