Yeah, it's about sleep, sleep is good, but time is precious. One really can't afford to skip on sleep, yet we all do it. I used to sleep about 5 hours per night, and I was tired all the time. I try to make an effort to get at least 6 hours in now, sometimes more, but usually around 6, and it's not really enough, though I do feel better during the day.

I wish I could sleep 8 hours a day, or maybe even more, but I have no idea how I could possibly fit that into my schedule. :(

thanks to school.. less than 5 T.T I haven't slept yet D: so tired.. but must endure until tonight so I can pass out for a good long time ^^

When I get serious into things, I sleep every other day.. I look like death hung-over but I get stuff done.
*edit* duh.. forgot.. >.>; less than 5 :p

I use to thinking sleeping less helped me get more done, then I realized that by getting 8+ hours of sleep a night my improved productivety more than made up for the lost time in addition to feeling good and healthy. Put 8hours of sleep as a top priority. You can make time for it, you just have to learn to prioritize properly.

I'm a nightmare of fatigue if I don't get 7-8 hours a night. I used to be able to function with much less, but not these days. Hibernation is a wonderful thing.

I wish that was all it would take.

I work from 8am till 5pm, I am in class from 5:30pm till 8:30pm most evenings. I have to leave home at 7:30am at the latest, and I am not back till 9pm. That effectivly gives me 10.5 hours during which I have to fit in shower, breakfast, 45 mins workout (though I am usually cutting it to 30 minutes), dinner, homework, and whatever spare time activities there are, of which QCDN is one of the very few. The only days where I have more than 10.5 hours for all that are Mondays and Saturdays.

I need to quit my current job, get school done, and go from there ..., if that were possible I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I sleep about 5 hours a night regardless of if I have time or not. I could be in a dead sleep and just pop right out of it. Don't know what it is but that's just the way I am.

Same as Shaunessy here. I sleep less than 5 hours a night, usually because I just wake up and my body won't allow me to go to sleep.

I sleep quite a lot. If I'm not working, I'll sleep till noon - no questions asked... I can wake up with ease, probably because I get 8+ hours worth.

Lately though, Ive been getting up earlier...the club....it calls D:

<--- Functional Insomniac.

Sunup is usually around bedtime for me ... 2-6hrs later i'm back up and at em ...

Less than five.

;_;

I dont sleep very well or often. The slightest noise or movement wakes me up.

while I may try to get around 6 hours of sleep... my body won't wake up unless it's an emergency.... like 5 minutes till I'm due at work

>8 hours.

I've been working 2 jobs lately and that means very little sleep if I keep doin all the thigns I want to. Sleep is too important to miss in my mind. I'll cancel stuff if I'm tired on the weekends.

The ONLY time I'll get outta bed if I'm still tired is when I go snowboarding. It happens so little that I'll go w/o sleep for it.

It's like a drug :(

Edit: forgot to mention to me 7 hours usually does it.

I try to get a decent nights of sleep. About 6 hours for me...sometimes a little more. If I werent married I'd probably sleep alot less though, lol.

Yep, same here.

Usually ~7 hours.

Sleeping not only helps your productivity, but it also helps your metabolism. You burn more calories sleeping, than you do watching TV, or in our case, playing a games.

I usually get around 4-5 hours durring the week, and then I hibernate on the weekends, that I don't have anything to do in the morning. Hibernate meaning around 10 hours sometimes. I find if I sleep too much, I'm just as tired as when I don't get enough.

Um... where's the option for 5 hours on school days, 5-13 hours on others? >.>
