Damn why didn't I think of this when the jins still played. Anyways that sucks, not much can do execpt take the loss and go with it as a leason learned. Just hope he got my luck with drops and it wasn't anything over 10k :D

Didn't SE add that counter-measure that if someone drops party and loots a chest, you get automatic shitty drops?
 
That sucks. Worst thing is you can't even tell what dropped with absolute certainty, but you can check FFXIAH.com (I did). So far nothing he sold seems of value, but nothing he sold came from a KSNM either, at least not in the last 3-4 days. Hopefully it was crap drops and he screwed himself for a few gil. Out of curiousity, did you get a hold of a GM and if so what did they say? They used to say there is nothing they can do about it, but a few things have changed so one can only hope.

I knew Slycer too kinda, not well, but this guy was far to big of a n00b from the beginning of the run. To bad im a glutton for punishment. I should have just stayed in Whitegate after he aggrod all the mobs. Or after dagget dced and lost RR in the winning side of Wagoon Shrine. And we all had to Home Point.

I was talking with Brady most of the night and apparently he got hold of a I guess would would dub them "Super" GM who was asking pretty specific things like what level Slycer was, what Job, the exact time all this happened and a few other things. Basically things a normal GM never really goes into.

Figured you would remember this kid. The original Slycer was at one time a very active member in the LS and a pretty good guy. If he wasn't he would have never earned A.hands or Byakko's Haidate.

Anyhow, the person who plays him now hasn't been around long. The real Slycer quit around a year ago and this kid didn't show up until a few months ago.

You and me both.. My shell and I had been camping Chary for last 5 nights, did 4 runs and got 3 successful claims - I'd gotten ToD and was told by the leader that since I'd done the legwork it would be my turn for the drop. We get the claim later that night, and the drop and all they do is say {cast lots} - my luck of course I can't lot for shit on items that are actually valuable and get outlotted. All they say is along the lines of "you know we're going to go again this week you'll get yours." Not as bad as what happened to you Myrrh but not what I had been expecting from "friends."
