Smallville Season 8

Been lookin' forward to it, don't know if I'll like it without Lex and with a new villain, but we'll see.
 
New villan is Doomsday which is fuckin retarded.... also maxima is gonna be in this one and there is gonna be a guy on guy kiss in this season =/ Looks like its might be 50/50 this year.
 
Last nights episode was totally pointless and disapointing.
 
idk it wasnt one of the best ones but I wouldnt say it was completely pointless either. I think it was a episode to maybe help point Clark in the right direction of embracing his destiny.

Spoiler:
The end of the episode with Oliver talking to Clark about him being stuck on the island and becoming who he is now. Him pointing out to Clark that he is still afraid of becoming who he needs to be and how he has to find his own island somewhere to get over it.

I think it was also a preview to future complications with Chloe. Brainiac is still alive and kicking just dorment in that big ole brain of hers.

I agree that the ending was suppose to point Clark in the right direction and that theremight be something going on with Chloe but they could have done it better. I also dont get whats with the EMT saying something about there are things you dont know about everyone including me? What was with that?

I am assuming that is his hinting he is Doomsday character. He is the new villian of the season.

Doomsday as in the Doomsday that killed superman? If so, that strays far from the original villian. I dunno how that would play out.

Yea the same and no clue how it is going to pan out either. I tried having Jereme explain to me who the hell Doomsday was int he comics and no fricking clue still who he was O.o I like the show but never read the comics ...

Doomday was accually a creatures that lived on Krypton before the humanoids came. He eventually escaped on a ship and blah blah blah someone ended capturing him and containing him in a casket then shot it into space. Eventually it fell to earth. Eventually he was let free and defeated the entire Justice Leauge then targeted superman and killed him. Thats Doomsday in a nutshell
 
There is a whole lot more to Doomsday then that but yeah. He is more a science experiment. Killed hundreds of times and remade.
