its on now, i just saw opening part and blew 10 loads, my god, been waiting for ever! to bad i cant wait it call cuz of takuIIIIIIIIII (:P)
 
i didnt even know this show was still going on ... it shoulda been over at the end of season 1
 
Haven't caught many Smallvilles, although I am excited for next weeks season premiere of another CW show that I do love, Supernatural, <3 Sam and Dean
 
that Jensen Ackles guy (Dean) got fuckn pwnd in smallville, HAHA! :) (though was like Season 5 or so)
 
When Chloe Sullivan said she was Lois Lane back in season 1 or 2, I almost died. Then I see now LL is actually in Smallville (looking at Clark without glasses)... The series finale will probably be a Braniac mind wipe to the whole town.
 
It is funny you shoudl mention that Negorissimo because in one edition of Superman comics they have a scene with Clark talking to Lois. In this comic Lois knows who Superman is by the way. In the page of the comic though Clark and Lois are talking about hiding there identities because Lois actually took on her dead cousins name in this comic. They never say what her real name is though.

I have to say I enjoyed the season premiere but man bizarro was a let down.
 
The effects shot of Clark vaporizing the flood with his eye beams and saving the man and his son was freaking sick.

I think that this will be the season where he finally learns he can fly.

But probably not, they'll drag it out for another 4 seasons.
 
Well Clark does get another power this season around episode 8 or so. Only 2 things I can think of he hasn't shown yet. Flying and freeze breath. I doubt there will be more then one more season. Rosenbaum the guy who plays Lex signed on for 7 seasons only. He said he would not sign on for anymore he is ready to move on when his contract is up. Welling has signed on for 8 season total so I figured one more season after this one.
 
They always change the stories around in the comic books. When superman comics first came out the Kents had no first names. A year later they gave them names. The names weren't Jonathan or Martha. It is just like having the whole zombie universe or just like the new batman movies are based off the Dark Knight series. It doesn't mean Lois isn't Lois in the old comics it just means they are telling the story differently now.
 
I agree it is weird. It is just another way of telling the story which is kind of what Smallville is really anyways. A lot of stuff that happens in Smallville is far off from the real story. Kryptonite effects Clark way differntly on Smallville then it originally did.

Yea, I started watching Smallville when it began and soon got bored after watching kryptonite freak, after kryptonite freak weekly. Plus Clark's sad face at the end of every episode when Lana is almost throwing herself at him...
 
I have always liked the show. I don't know I was just always into Superman. I like the different spin on the story. Most people don't even know Lana Lang was in the third Superman movie. Played by Annette Otoole.
 
That's why she landed her role as Ma Kent on Smallville. lol The show is not bad and it even has moments of pure genious. One of my favourites is when the lady who could see the future saw Clark's and then saw Lex's before she died and there was a glimpse of President Luthor. Which was a current storyline in the comic book at that time. ^^
 
Well they do seem to cast people from other versions of Superman on the show. Usually they are for guest spots though and not as season regulars.
 
All I can say is that if he better learn to fly soon, because its getting a little ridiculous.
 
He won't be learning to fly this season. Gough has confirmed that there is still a strict no fly no tights policy for Clark. He will get flying lessons later this season from his cousin but as Gough says they will be more like falling lessons. Looks like Clark will be freezeing shit this season then.
