I did the quest in San D' oria (as a native of Windy). My wife sometimes will come up to me
and read over my shoulder. She brought something to my attention that I had to agree with.
The "SmileBringer" is damn CREEPY! The Moogle in Sandy says some obscure creepy stuff,
but the Moogle in Windy is much worse. I don't know about Bastok, who cares!
I talked with the Windy moogle to just read the text and paraphrased something like this:
"There is some creepy dude named 'Smile-Bringer' and he is messing with
our kids. I don't trust him so I am pretending to be working with him to
make sure he doesn't molest the children."
Like I said "paraphrased". I don't remember the exact wording so if you want to know the real stuff,
Talk to the windy moogle by the East Gate in W.Woods.
