The tiny fap fap fap text in skreb's post I think ads more humor to the notion that the user is masturbating to the post in question.
While the profile view of the smiley is indeed hilarious, some individuals who browse this website at their workplace may find themselves in an uncomfortable position if it were used.
I'd say use either the first or the third one.
Or hell, use both.

I recently discovered that we have smilies like :sm: and :injection2: so I don't think my requests are that unreasonable(posted them as pretty much just a joke before, since I didn't think they'd actually get picked up). I'd like to actually see some of the ones others posted as well.
