SMN AF3 Issue.. ; ;

Mmkie.. um.. I have Carbuncle Debacle for the AF3 flagged and all ready..
I just need to talk to Koru-Moru in Windurst Walls right?..

Okay.. I can do that.. umm.. but I heard I was supposed to get a cut-scene.. Insted he tells me to go to the Rhinostery and check something out or something..

Uuuhhh... Okay.. First of all Koru put down the crack-pipe coz Uran-Mafran doesn't exist ; ; Or atleast he isn't at the Rhinostery.. but I go there anyway right?.. I talk to all the NPCs in that area, Every single one.. Nothing.. Nothing important to say at all that has anything to do with any incident. So being that I zoned into Windurst Waters, I head back to Windurst Walls to see if he'll say anything different ..... same thing.. Okay.. damnit.. What now? ;__;

I'm totally at a loss guys.. I tried just going straight to Mhaura and talking to the Tarutaru there that's supposed to give me the Lightning Pendilum and he just gives me the "Ow ow ow ow! Don't make me talk! I hurt all over!" Then nothing afterwards..

So I go to Rabao.. THIS Tarutaru tells me about the Tuning Fork of Wind I have (Still need to do Garuda Prime) but then I read up and saw that, that was the second part of the quest... Okay.. so what now?...

I read up EVERYTHING on Allakhazam and apparently several others have had the exact same problem.. Only they've all had Nothing Matters flagged when they can't get it.. Okay.. so I'll try getting that flagged..

Now the problem is I can't get the Pre-requesite for the Pre-requesite.. -___-; All of this for my Evoker's Horn? ... I've wanted this thing since I started FFXI and now I almost just don't even want to bother with it anymore.. But.. I do still want to try and see if I can get some answers.. :/ Please?...

Your a high level SMN and don't have Garuda or Ramuh... Wow... That's just sad as hell.

Maybe he did all the mini-battles at level 20, and has the fork still?

And the primes are re-doable.

Yea but the thing the tarutaru is saying is when you don't have enough fame to even accept the quest. And he even said he needs to do Garuda still.

Miniforks are done by the tall NPC, not the Taru, taru might still say that dialogue if you have done mini, but not enough fame for prime, OP said they hadn't done Garuda prime, I count Garuda prime and Mini Garuda to be different.

Dunno could be, I had all my summons including diablos when my SMN was still 10 so dunno bout mini fights. Hope to god your right.
