anyone that has a team happy about their choices??????

i'm an atlanta baltimore fan... and i'm content ^^ lmao

I'm sorry... I'm still too broken hearted over there being no NHL season...

Have never been into what teams draft who. I'v only started watching football (othen then superbowl) for about 5 years. And last year was the first time I could look at a team, and know starting QB. (not all, but alot).

Along with know alot of names on Vikings team. ( listion to it on radio durring church, hehe, it helps).

Few more years and I'l get into what teams draft who. (more meaningful if you watch alot of collage games and see some of the draft pics in action).

Looks like a good Receiver to help Moss out.

Bummer about HNL, I was willing to get into watching it this year too.

I lost power and had to go to work, so I really couldn't follow the draft. My team also had the last 1 round draft pick, so I wasn't expecting magic.

Go Pats!

I probably know more about nuclear physics than I do about football, but I ended up watching some of the NFL draft with Dad yesterday. I was kinda fascinated by the process; it was like watching the Tony Awards for straight guys, but without the musical numbers.

At least Pacman Jones got snatched up. Go WVU!

Did someone forget the differnece between off-topic and general dicusion? I mean seriously, wtf, u7. :P

Not really sure. Dallas got two defensive ends with their two first round draft choices. Was hopeing they would grab a qb but oh well. Have too wait till football season too see how it all works out.

My Colts got a Cornerback, not very exciting, we need the Defense though.

Dude this is an MMORPG board and you are talking about sports? Lol this thread will be buried soon.

Either way COLTS GOOOOO!

Dude this is an MMORPG board and you are talking about sports? Let alone football, a REAL sport? (Not that hockey garbage yuck) Lol this thread will be buried soon.

Either way COLTS GOOOOO!

So the Vikings did pick up a receiver... good.

For the record, I mean those living under a rock, Minnesota traded moss for a D-back and the seventh overall pick. The also signed six new defensive players off the free-agent and trade markets. One of which being a defensive end from the Redskins... a guy I witnessed to be very good last year.

I'm excited being a Vikings fan. The offense can score plenty w/o Moss, but the defense which has lost them so many game might actualkly end up being a stellar part of the team this year.

Or in other words, they could be a contender for the title.

Sorry, big Vikings fan and I missed the draft. *little thing called work.*

Raiders!!!!!!

We picked up Randy Moss for our draft, pretty much. We got one real solid CB and a QB and LB.

Still kind of skeptical of our QB situation, but a little better than last year, at least Collins has a year under him.

Last year everyone was calling for Gannons head, fucking morons got what they wanted, and Collins drove us into a high draft pick situation =/

But other than that, Randy Moss is gonna go deep, Jerry Porter is going to go deep, Ronald Curry is going to pick up the underneath, things look good at WR.

Myself being an Eagles fan, I was very disgruntled with their draft choice to say the least...

They have 2 Pro-Bowl caliber Defensive Tackle's (DT) in Corey Simon and Darwin Walker, both of whom are locked up in longterm contracts, and both of whom are in their primes. So what do they do? They draft another DT... :x

So what if its the 31st pick? They could have atleast drafted someone where they are lacking. The Eagles are deep - their Offense, Defense, and Special Teams are all strong, but their draft pick was a waste. I think they should have traded one of their mediocre Outside Linebackers (OLB) away to move up into the top 10 in the draft and pick Shawne Merriman, and excellent up-and-coming Linebacker.

Just my opinion, but I think my team took a bad choice...

(BTW - I know football  )

They got a nice big lineman too. Hopefully the Colts can up their defensive quality and maintain the kick ass offense of the last few years
:)
