Kire speaks a smidgen (sp?) of French and even then he spells things wrong and doesn't even make grammatical sense. To say Kire speaks multiple languages is bullshit. I know a bit of Lithuanian, Russian and Polish I wouldn't say I spoke those languages though.

by the way... ビル means "building" if you want to say "beer"
it should be ビ-ル.
