Nycon said:That is totally lame that they won't do thier own investigation. I mean wtf is that. You must be a pretty easy going guy Redx, cause I would have lost it on that GM after that convo.![]()

Kea said:GMs dont conduct the higher level case investigations, they are customer support foremostly, another department does or the case gets outsourced. When a GM says "they will conduct an investigation" it does not necessarily mean them personally or the GM team. GMs gather information from the player environment and report it to somewhere or someone else. It isn't their job as much as a lot of you all think it is, they are only gather information to build a report for the investigation should there be one.
Lighter matters can be looked into by GMs but it is not within their job description to condct investigations such as the case with Redx.
Once their report is filed, they are back in the help desk queue to respond to another call.
So showing anger toward a GM about their enthusiasm or ability or lack of ability to help someone out it highly out of order as that person obviously, doesn understand what a GM can and cannot do. Understandable someone can get frustrated but throwing it at someone that even came to your aid even in the slightest, is not only wrong but rude.
GMs arent as powerful as people think. But doesn't warrent taking it out on the GM. Think not? Fair enough, I pity you not.
Chasym said:ok so i have the process in my services, I disabled it.

i cannot delete it, so i will reboot and try and then attempt to get deeper to it.
