If your cable is out for an extended period of time, you call the provided, and get credited. That applies to most every service in the world.
So...what can we do about SE? Do we all call them at once in the hopes to frazzle them enough to actually do something to compensate for our frustrations? I doubt that will do anything...
Do we all write them, voicing our concerns? Why kill more trees for a useless venture?
Has anyone, ever gotten credit from them? Who knows.
I'm sick of paying for a game to begin with, and not being able to play the game that I pay for is down right ridiculous. We pay them enough to hire people to combat whatever problems they are experiencing. Hackers...incompentant programers, I don't care, get it taken care of people.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, but I'm sure if any of you know what do to, you would have already done so yourself, and I would hope that if someone did know, they would have shared the knowledge to the rest of us gaming junkies.
