Well, as I've said in the past, I'm from an Indian heritage. Anything Indian I go nuts over. My parents took my brother, sister-in-law and I to an authentic Indian store after Thanksgiving. We walked around and picked some things out we'd like to have for Christmas. My favorite thing was an Indian made hanging planter with tons of beautiful feathers on it. Wish I could describe it better. Anyway, they did get it for me. It's already hanging (Steve hung it for me yesterday between traveling to relatives) in our bedroom over the window. I'm still debating whether or not to put a fake planter in it, or go with a real plant. I just don't want to ruin the pot which is made out of some kind of material similar to burlap. I'd hate for it to get ruined from a real plant bein' in there.
I also got an absolutely gorgeous dreamcatcher (I collect these) from my brother-in-law (my sister's husband). We draw names for Christmas and he got my name this year.
Steve is buying me a black/brown leather jacket, (also from the Indian store), which is all beads and leather strings. Absolutely gorgeous.
I realize it seems like I didn't get a lot as far as numbers go. But they are very costly items. Not that that matters to me. I like the idea they thought about me and what I really like over anything else.
