So what powers should mod/supermod/admin have?

After aly's thread was wondering what sort of power should mods/supermods/admin have?

My opinion is
LS Mods- control only on there Ls can if not part of there Ls you can block them.

Forum Mods- have accuses to edit your posts and delete posts that are in there topic.

Super Mods- IP banning, edit any post or delete any. Change name of account. Edit your sigs.

Admin - GOD+1 ^^:

Trippy's right, the mods are doing their jobs just fine. No need to change it. People most of the time fail to realize that mods aren't on 24/7 to ban this asshole or lock this dead thread. Let the mods do their jobs, their doing fine.
