Currently the time displayed by the message board, and thus all post time stamps, are incorrect. I am working on resolving this issue.
 
^^ It's no biggie, I live on the west coast but I've set myself to MST for the time being; when it's fixed, I'll just switch it back to PST again.
 
It's an odd problem, I can set the board time zone in the admin section. My host is on PST time, the board accepts GMT time, so the correct setting would be GMT-8, which is what the board used to be on, but it would be off by 8 hours.

I haven't had a chance to look into the issue on the phpBB support boards yet, but I am faily sure it is a phpBB code problem, will get to it eventually.
 
Alright, so the board system time only applies to Guests and New Users while they are registering. Once a user is registered each user has to set their own time zone either during registration or later on by choosing the "Profile" option in the board header.

Please also note that the GMT reference doesn't support Daylight Savings Time, and thus you may have to adjust your time zone manually by one hour while Savings Time is in effect if you care for a correct time display on the board.
