so I shouldn't use Assasin Charge for DE and only for Shark Bite because of that hit loss and 8 hit cap? Would be applicable in a situation to plant hate with SATA+AC assuming you don't have tp for ws?
 
Tag. do your priority comments only apply for dual boxing or could that also be why my system lags so much too?
 
it applies to dual boxing and he explained why after the official windower update how resources were distributed because of it.

It applies to FFXI in all situations. If it loses focus, it goes into low priority.
