I don't see where all of these posts are going. Like I said early on, and Lanien said as well. Nothing's going to happen to the cheaters on the list. Accept it and move in. If you really need this much drama, please refer yourself to the SOAP channel. "All My Children" should take care of the drama for you. I'd say we're beating the dead horse but no one has the balls to kill it first. I, personally, will avoid playing with the cheaters off this list as much as possible. The 100's of posts following the OP are generally worthless at this point.

No, it was NQ behe, I thought I explained this already in the thread it was talked about, it was a mistake. I passed leader to someone else, went to party, which gave the *normal* options, not leader options, and disbanded. Somehow the game still recognized me as leader and the whole alliance went down. Either that or the person I passed to disbanded as well. Besides it was only 1 behemoth hide.

Why this has to do anything with Uzor accusing me of using FFXIAPP, even tho there are 9 Knightblade's on all servers, is beyond me. Try again, buddy.
 
My god is this thread becoming one of those that everyone points out another's indiscretions or mistakes just for the heck of it?

Rae: since no one answered there are 6 settings to "flee tool" >.> slow, normal maz,flee,fleeII, and hyperspeed which my friend show me and found out catrot rapido runs hyperspeed >_>;;;. Honestly the only thing good from this ffapps would be the so called translator even tho is sucked ass translating =/ but it would be nice is SE did implement a client/server side tool to translate shit instead of useing auto.

This will be my final post in this thread, in all likelihood.

Anyway.

Best move for the involved shells, assuming they care about their rep, is to kick anyone confirmed on the list. Shows a dedicated stance against botting, blah blah blah, and plays well to the crowd.

Assuming that that is considered too much punishment for whatever reason, the option exists to basically sanction the individual in question. Strip them of all accumulated points, move them back down to the absolute bottom tier, etc. Give them the chance to start over again clean, but start over from nothing. Keep an eye on them, of course, to make sure they don't relapse. You'll lose some standing in the public eye, but some folks rank their friendships online as being more important than what people they don't know think about them.

I can't say I don't agree. Not booting a KNOWN botter just shows that the LS support it, imo. Yeah, I like claiming stuff as much as the next person, and I realize every LS out there has at least one botter, but when you KNOW they botted/bot, and don't kick them, you're just degrading your whole LS name as a whole.

One correction, either a) kick them, or b) punishment in some way.

The same applies, to an extent mind you, to this. Those who use it for the translater or even to skillup magic in my eyes is not a big deal what so ever. Im sure many many of you have thought, "I wish I could make a script to do /ma "paralyze", wait 10, repeat", but just never acted on it. These are the people who did act on it.

However, those who used it to claim NM, fish bot, or craft bot should be in trouble and given a proper discipline.

And how exactly can you tell the difference. Any claim that person has ever made is in question. How do we know that the people on the list with a high level craft didn't craft their way to all that money? If we're just gonna believe people on their word, like your statement, why even look at the list at all?
