some difficulties coming back

hi, this is kinda noobish but its been a while, and i cant login to my account anymore lol, i can login through the first password but when it asks for the second one when i click connect, it says wrong ID or password, while i havent changed a thing since ive been gone. anyone know the problem or how to fix it?

okay my dumbself just realized that when i logged on(not on espio, another character) im in asura instead of quetz? whats going on lol
