Even though they've been made Rare/EX I think there's actually more people going to camp these than before, I went to go camp lizzy, and there had to have been at least 10-12 people camping, minimum... So now we have the campers who want to sell their rare item in trade for a rare/ex... and we have a new wave of campers that just want it because it's "easy" to get.
