If you have access to Sea from gettin far enough in COP; then you talk to the person in Sealions Den. She will take you on a ship to Al'teiu<sp>. To get to limbus depending on the zone you need Sea access of course but; you just go to tele-mea dem or holla. You need to talk to the woman in Port Jeuno and get an item called cosmo-clense then find a Euvhi NM mob and kill it for a card. Depending on which tele you take depends on the card you need. The card dropped from the you enter will be the correct card. When you tele the back side of the tele point is where you enter.
