Well I decided to go do some farming and that I did. After a good 2 hours of hardly making gil, I decided to go up to bastok but the second I entered bastoke my characters animations became very very very fugged up. But as soon as I took my mahogany shield off things were good so I slapped it back on and boom I was gibbled again. other things were I was fine when I walked with the shield on but as soon as i ran I was gimp here are some screens of it :

And yes I sent an email to POL tech support but who knows how long it will take them to reply..

If they don't reply for a while, I suggest that you just reinstall FFXI (which sucks to do). Or just call a GM. Also, can other people see it, or just you? Very weird that your shield messed it up though. Funny pictures too.

ooh ive seen that happen alot too......
usually happens to those that were freshly raised though.

i fraps's a vid once of ppl running around with their arms on their side just straight and not moving at all...

and just yesterday (or the day before i dont remmeber) i saw another one that was WAY scary.
An elvaan that had died got raised.... but from his torso up was still in the lay-down position... and his legs were upright and normal and facing the right direction.... so they appeared twisted.... if i can find the screeny abd feel like going through the hell to upload it... i will^^

Here's one of someone with weapon on the ground and arms straight down. It started after a raise, and then whenever he would run, he'd just run with his arms stuck to his side and the axe along the ground. :shock:
