Songs you enjoy but you are afraid to admit

<3 JC Superstar. one of the few sets of store-bought music that survived high school :D

Quoted for truth lol
<3 digimon ><

Edit: oh and also strangers in the night. Think its made by Frank Sinatra?

Frank Sinatra is the quintessential "Balla". Everyone who thinks there as cool as him (ie. rap stars and such) is horribly wrong. The only other people that are even close to as cool as he was were:
The rest of the rat pack
Steve McQueen
and possibly Clint Eastwood (different type of cool though)

Oh yea and to the american pie guilty plesure: no classic rock can be a guilty pleasure because its a classic.

Anything off of the album "Thriller"

Oh and... I am ashamed of my love for Fall Out Boy...

why would you be ashamed to admit that? :P Don McLean's American Pie = teh hawtz :D
It's like admitting listening to James Taylor (I do like to hear something by him every once in a while as well)

What kind of Pokemon are you? How do you do the things you do?

I'm going to see Fall Out Boy in concert in May >.> And it seems like every single person I know is coming home to see it...(including my ex... -_o twitch)

Hmm... Guilty pleasure song? Let's browse my music library....

Listening to Bach's "Little Fugue in G Minor" right now... uncommon yes, but damn good.

Hmm...a few pop up.

Pan - Stephen Milio(anyone who's seen Hook will have heard this)
Amazing Grace - as performed by Phantom Regiment(Drum Corps)
Cailin(Acoustic) - Unwritten Law

skid row- 18 to life/youth gone wild
barenaked ladies- if i had a million dollars
the rentals- friends of P
i used to listen to tons of Too $hort

there are others, but those are probably the best of the bunch

How is that a guilty pleasure? Anyone who'd make fun of you for that needs a sword up there ass.
Cause Dio is kind of a cheesey lame ass band, at least in the circles I run in. But I see where you could be coming from, some of these songs I see on here are pretty awesome songs/bands.

Ninja Rap- Vanilla Ice

Man, I was like 8-9 when that movie came out, it owned so much for me! XD

*edit* That movie being Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, of course.

The Lion King soundtrack is awsome.
And who hasn't put "Kiss the Girl" from the Little Mermaid on mixes for their S.O.?

I love seeing the best of the worst lists, cause I allways like the songs.
Here two I haven't seen yet:

Wang Chung- Everybody Wang Chung tonight
Starship - We Built this city

RENT and JCS are 2 of my FAV cd's....did you get a chance to see RENT (the movie)? I didn't like it as much as seeing the show on stage, but it was sweet to see most of the cast fromt he original broadway recording, playing thier roles.

If you get a chance - I got the SPAMALOT soundtrack for Christmas....comic gold <3 ;)

Okay guys, this goes wayyyyyyy back there, but when Angel and I were growin' up, we were raised on Dionne Warick, Burt Bacarach and The Carpenters. I am indeed a hard rock/heavy metal chick, but every time we used to go do Kareoke (sp?), we always, without a doubt sang songs from Valley of the Dolls soundtrack (the original, NOT the remake) and:

1. We've Only Just Begun
2. Superstar

We also always did Meatloaf's:

1. Paradise by the Dashboard (Angel always had to sing the guy parts)
2. Two Outa Three Ain't Bad

Memories^^. God they're great in a sad way ; ;.

PS. Another cute story. My Daddy would always make breakfast on Sunday mornings. I have bought him thru the years probably 2 albums, 3 cassette tapes and 2 cd's of the Paint Your Wagon soundtrack. My Dad would put the soundtrack on and we'd hear it every Sunday morning playing as he was cooking in the kitchen.

Favorite song on there ... Hand Me Down That Can of Beans ftw!!!

Nah I didn't see the movie. Nobody else wanted to go and it wasn't something I needed to see so bad, I would go by myself.
