I dont know who sings it, but its this japanese song from the anime "Urusai Yatsura", I think its called "Lums Lovesong", thats what its called on my playlist.

I love stupid sounding japanese songs (Rocketto no Dan, Hyakugojyuuichi, and Nyaasu no Paati for instance).
