Well I was at Target last night pre-ordering a copy of Pokemon Emerald, when I looked down, and next to their pile of PSP's that they seem to not be selling, there was the usual HDD there. But I noticed a red clearence sticker on it. I looked at the price... $25 USD!!! Reason for such a good price is because of the new PS2, since it can't use the HDD.
Way to go Sony. Boast about your HDD plans for years to only use it for FFXI and a few new Socom II maps. I benefeited in the end.
If you pick it up for some FFXI on the PS2 as well, I highly suggest also getting a USB keyboard for it. I'm having a hard time with typing on that piece of crap. The graphics are also a little... ugh, but I can live with them.
