So, I've seen one or two DRG's with the lvl 70 JSE belt called Wyrm Belt. +7 Acc and Attack, +5 VIT... pretty sick stats. So I was wondering how you got it, so I looked it up on Alla. Nothing. Went to Somepage and found that there are these JSE belts for all jobs. The BLM belt has +20HP, +6INT, and -8% interruption rate. I would love to get my hands on one of these, which I realize will probably require something insanely difficult, but can anyone tell me how to get these lvl 70 JSE belts?
 
valor cape is the best back armor for pld hands down.

+40 HP +6 VIT +3 Enmity

You're right, the relic belts and capes are all from the new Dynamis zones, but the drops themselves are pretty rare.
 
They're dropped off the Nightmare mobs I believe, which don't spawn until after the mega boss is destroyed. Which in itself is a pain in the ass, as there are zero / very few time extensions until after you kill the boss.

That sound about right? Can anyone confirm?

It's a random drop like all relic armor in dynamis, just the drop rates are low, like in the northlands Dynamis areas. I've seen several belts and capes drop before the boss was killed.
