Moderators don't lock legit flames. Although this has since been killed off since Myrrh got his YYR and Xean nor Zer will apologize for trying to dictate lotting rights when they weren't in zone and it wasn't a TBH event. It's still legit because Xean and Zer are douches, and Soulstar likes to break his agreements.
