I loved it! It was the perfect amount of cheese and was like the love child of speed racer and F-zero! I wouldn't recommend it to people who can't handle 'weird' or surreal movies but if you like a good daring film go see it. It's hard to get into at first but once I was into it, I didn't stop smiling the whole time :)

It was also the first movie I've ever seen 'digital' in the theater, wow - what a difference.

Go speed go!

i was planning on seeing this cause, although i wasn't exactly sure what to think, it looked good enough to interest me.

Saw it, i liked it actually. Slow at times, but watching the races was actually pretty good. Did seem sorta like "spy kids" tho, i never really saw that, but the 3-D one. Not as "cool" as iron man, but i did find myself having a few more excitable moments in Speed Racer.

I just got back from seeing it. It was such a rush. My girlfriend kept rubbing my arm because I got goosebumps every time I heard an engine rev or the sound of the jump jacks. It was such a fun movie to see, and it's very "out of the box". Visually, it's amazing. The storyline was good as well. Obviously, most things in the movie are inconceivable, but that's what made it so fun. All of the characters had so much energy, and they didn't have to go so in-depth with most of them to bring them to life for me. I can't wait to see this Blu-Ray.

Just got back from seeing it. I thought it was awesome.

I wish my car had a beehive catapult.

I really loved it, thought it was pretty funny and that the casting was well done. I want to see it again already. <_<

So this would be something good to take my 8 year old nephew to see? I know my sister and brotherinlaw would love him to see it. They've already exposed him to some of our childhood favorites like The Muppet Show and stuff so I know they'd love him to see this. Would you reccommend it?

Also, I love that John Goodman has a job >_> He needs to take a vacation from rebuilding N.O.

Yes this movie is pretty good. I was to the point of screaming my lungs out at the final sequence of the Grand Prix Race. Epic-ness!

It would be a great movie to take a kid too, it actually has that whole 'lesson to learned' thing going for it, but in a really cool way. Teaching that cheating sucks and all that jazz. There were a ton of kids seeing it when I went and if I had kids I'd definitely take the to see it.

Glad you all liked it XD

I always get so nervous when I recommend a movie

Racer X is FTW enough said :3

every thing was good except was kinda sad he was racing in the mock 6 instead of the mock 5 kinda stickler for major details in tv > movies films.
