im trying to get my parilize to proc more what ive seen is that more mnd you have better proc rate. What im wondering is there a site that break down what are caps on stats and what are the exact figures. Like if i have 62 base mnd and a modifyer of 22 how much acc/proc that give me.

basicly im looking for chart simalar to the weapon dmg calulator but for spells.

Ice staff. enfeebling gear... maybe some magic acc gear. If your enfeebling's capped you shouldn't be having problems.

As far as I know there is no site with all the information of the effects of stats on enfeebles, and a lot even don't have known formulas (at least not outside the JP community).

Elemental Staves and Enfeebling Skill have no effect on proc rate for enfeebles though, they affect accuracy only. If you want to increase proc rate you need to boost MND only.

yeah, like Courtney said, Enfeebling Magic affects nothing but spell accuracy, just like with elemental magic and nukes. If you want to affect the strenghts of the spells, raise your MND or INT stat (depending on the type of enfeeble). Paralyze is White Magic, which means its MND based.

And I don't think anyone know the enfeebling forumlas, including japanese. If they did, I'm sure some Japanese-speaking NA would have found it by now.

I don't think there are diminishing returns for enfeebling stats, there are hard caps though.

Slow for example, has a hard cap of -30% speed at about 80MND above the mobs MND. All across the range though adding 5MND adds 1% slow until you reach the cap.

so 80 mnd above mob mnd is cap?
where did you find this info?

It was on KI awhile ago, referencing one of Grendal's old FFXIOnline (I think... where he used to post as ApplePie) threads.

Essentially you test, starting with a mob with the minimum MND (I used a Ronafore bunny, the KI poster used a Tiny Mandy from Windy).

You measure the time the mob takes for 20 swings at you and then slow the mob using different amounts of MND to work out the formula. For these two mobs, they take 180sec for 20 attacks, and slow takes this to 240sec (or 30%) at 81MND. If you try this on a Qufim Crab (about a L25 mob and for players base MND approximately equals level so it's assumed that this is similar for mobs, seeing you can't measure mob MND directly) you reach the 30% cap at a little under 110 MND.

Also it was assumed to be mob MND that is the key stat. I haven't personally tested that part.
