Those are possible botter, they are the people that stayed in AH 24/7 bidding spider web for 3k everytime,

They always seem to able to outbid everyone before the quantity list even can get refreshed

if you looking to Clothcraft skill up or need ingredient for to craft, you won't able to get it

Quesm is one of a series of characters using various illegal means to make gil (e.g. Quaryes, Qrast, Qwume). Apart from the AH bots they also do stuff like using 3rd party tools to move lvl 1 characters around collecting quested scrolls. Because of the names I always thought it likely they were part of the same RMT organization.

Kuiget and Fugazi are two others that I know of but they may be individual cheaters rather than RMT.
 
So thats why all the quested scrollprices dropped to shit.... my mule just got 30 today and i was gonna sell a ton of those scrolls for gil a lonng time ago.

Vandoura, did you try calling a GM on any of them? I've been considering it since Xsara and Harby are completely owning the AH for webs. Both characters stand in the same place in Upper Jeuno all day and buy up all the webs. It's quite obvious that they are bots.

I'm sure the GM wouldn't do anything, they never do. But it might be worth it if a few people call and complain about them.
 
i did call GM on Saburi, they said they will invesitgate him and chat the log, but i guess GM didn't do shit... i'm about to call GM on Xsara and Hauby Soon, all 3 is at Upper Jeuno AH
and I know Quesm is behind all this, he never buys any web or anything, but i always see him sold a lot of Rainbow Thread (Stack), people can't even freaking craft because of them.

GM won't do crap if me only calling GM on them, Need like 10+ people calling GM related to same issue T.T
 
Just find them and offer to trade then cancel it, that takes them out of AH menu. Might buy you some time to get spider webs. Really best I can think of.

lol i may try that, but i'm still gonna call GM hehe

but i'm not sure will it out of AH if you trade them
if i offer to trade them, then i can't go AH, then trading will be cancelled hmm... may gonna log on to another character to do that :P
 
Well I can't remember exactly what it does but I do remember someone offering to trade to me by mistake once while I was browsing the AH. Even tho they cancelled it right away, I couldn't do anything on AH anymore. I had to go back and get out of AH menu and reopen it. I also distinctively remember talking about it in LS and someone saying it would be a good way to mess with AH bots.

One thing I'm sure, unless the bot is programmed to go around it, offering to trade and cancelling it will screw them and prevent them from biding until they exit the AH and reopen it again.

Edit: And yes since you will have cancelled the trade offer, you will be able to browse AH. It just messes up with whoever you offered the trade to.
 
If I see them there, I'll do the same! Down with the RMT bots!!!
