okay if you really want every single detail here you go:
we started a party, NIN, NIN, SAM, SAM, THF, SCH, do you want the levels too?
we all head out, and he mentions he doesnt know his way around, so we tell him to follow us, but for some reason he decides to go on his own, this is the first thing we notice, and of course it irks us already. So of course he gets lost and we spend 20 minutes looking for him. We finally do, and when finally got to Yhoator he decides to go his own way again, the whole time complaining like a child "i hate this fucking place", "this fucking place sucks" etc. So we get to camp, and the other ninja gets random aggro from a smithy and dies. And while we try to figure out how to raise him or if she should HP, Spiritmonger starts complaining. We ask him to calm down but he keeps saying hes frustrated. Like i said earlier I AM PISSED BECAUSE WE WAITED FOR HIM WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, and he has the nerve to turn around and complain even after we ask him to wait. We asked him a few times to chill but he wouldnt stop.
So we get to the fight, and the ninja who is decently geared towards evasion, still loses his shadows pretty quick. So we ask Spiritmonger to please provoke off the tank. He fails to do so, and despite asking him 10-20 times between all the members, he doesnt answer. So we decide to boot him after giving him multiple chances. Then after a while he says "i'm sorry i fell asleep" which led us to ask him how he could engage each and every time while "asleep", and he chose not to respond since obviously we pointed out his flawed logic. So he is LYING here about why he is not voking, despite our continuous requests that he do so.
Finally, after booting him since he is a failure of a ninja, he emotes "Spiritmonger throws blood and entrails at everyone", that is another show of immaturity. There you go. Why black list him? once again there's a difference between making mistakes and having the willingness to learn vs being a complete ass about it and acting like a child.
the lol@him wasn't necessarily for the use of two ninjas as tanks, more or less that there was a reliance on a shitty one.

just for emphasis in case it doesnt sink in, people being shitty but taking the time to learn is one thing. but this guy put no apparent effort at all towards improving, and this warrants a black list. This game has few enough players already, the last thing we need is shitty players.
