quite impressive if your into the story, That trailer gave out more story than i expected if you look very very close! and listen!

ya :3 I <3 Halo's story (if you have a mac and played Marithon by Bungie you can see that this could be tied in with Marithon series :D). Halo 3 will be fun to play through. Can't wait.

Metal Gear Solid 4 looks AWESOME! But tell me.. how the hell are Raiden and Meryl alive >.> atleast Raiden.. he got squished by a big Metal Gear unit x.x and Meryl was an option of letting die or not :P Ah well looks awesome and sad T.T
 
Halo's story is the ONLY thing good about it. I'll stick with the books since I hate the games.

yes game play made it the best, and i love multiplayer.

also u can download and play marathon for PC now, bungie released it on their site ^^

I'm derailing in my own thread, but I figured I could answer these Elemmire. I don't know where Raiden got squished in your game, but his last appearence was in MGS2: Sons of Liberty. After the final cinema he is reuinted with (oh, spoilers) Rose and is possibly having a child with her. If you're thinking about the Raiden character model, Raidenkov, which appeared in MGS3: Snake Eater, that wasn't really Raiden. It took place at least 30 years in the past (the Snake we control actually being Big Boss). Raiden was included as a tongue-in-cheek move by Hideo Kojima (the series director). Meryl, on the other hand, was never said to be alive or dead in MGS2: Sons of Liberty. In both endings of MGS, Otacon lives. Yes, Meryl can die, but I'd like to think Snake did the right thing and saved the lady. And thus, in MGS4: Guns of the Patriots we get the answer, Meryl lives.
 
Gaylo has an average single player mode at best and a horrible HORRIBLE multiplayer in both 1 & 2. Everything is unbalanced. The game consist of who's been playing long enough to remember all of the spawn points or who in camping in the enemy base or who got the flying vehicle first. There is little skill required in that game.
 
FF13 looks badass.. as does Halo3.. well.. time to go to the bank...
 
haw, my bad.. I confused raiden with the ninja XD and they never actually said she died, come to think of it, in MGS. They just assumed she did cause when you gave up Otacon says "Oh, looks like I"ll get to have my way with the lady". Hehe, ah well.

wait, wait, wait, their announcing XIII, and showing in game video, and XII hasn't even been released yet??? or have i been living under a rock O.o???
 
FFXII has been out in Japan for some time. FFXII will be released in America in October, I believe.

The demo has been out forever. It's included in Dragon Quest 8.

Fantasy Earth is no secret and they have zero plans on releasing it in the U.S. or Europe. They have already spoken about this one long ago. Aside from that, the head creators of FFXI are the ones working on the new MMO and FFXI creators and FE creators are not the same groups of people.

I was really enthused to hear about FE and so let down when they said we probably wouldn't see a release in the U.S. I figured they would change their mind but a year and a half later and it going live, I believe them now.
