Okay, I will make this brief.

I have been myself a victim of stalking in this game.

I am sure that many have.

I know how it feels. It feels bad, uncomfortable, and makes you want to strangle that person.

I would just like to know who in here has been through this in the game, stalked by anotherp layer, for 'x' reason, how to deal with it, and if possible, I would like to know the names of those dirty stalkers that try to F*CK our game fun.

I would like to have a list of this people in here, so to warn the rest of them. Because it is an horroble thing, being stalked in game without rest, to the point in which that person, seeing that you have blocked him/her in all ways inside the game, tries to continue bothering you outside the game.
To the point in which he/she googles you to find your email addresses, AIM screen names, MSN, and etc. To the point in which you block that person because keeps saying "I love you and I wanna die", through messenger, you block him/her again and this one makes a new screen name to keep going on with this shit.

This is it. Please let us know of your story, if you will, and let us know. Warn us.

I will do it myself.


This person's name was Calwinn. He is gone, but many times he told me "I am coming back in 6 months", and there was a time in which he forced me to promise that we would somehow meet in RL. I was...like...WTF...and God, since that moment, things got worse.


Guys, be careful with who you deal with.
 
wha?! tell hm to kill himself, or her. ever read survivor by chuck palahnuik? story starts off kinda like that. he makes a bunch of sucicidal people call him and he just says, "kill yourself" and one time someone actually does. good book.

The thing is that I blocked all contact with him.

He is supposed to be 14 years old by now. An attention seeker.
He seemed to be very, very depressed. He said he wanted to live his home. I understand that his parents were not caring and loving, and I felt pity for him.
He was member of my LS. A new player invited by a school friend who actually did not help him much on self esteem. Sad friendship. Sad life. And the boy was always complaining and crying that many things in his life sucked. And he told me secrets.
I came to the conclusion that he needed professional help. His was a grave situation.
So I gave him my friendship. I helped him and supported him with words. I never showed him any signals of something similar to love. Never.
Then one day he said "Arwym, I love you".
I was socked. I mean, I did not know what to say, do you understand?

I tried to be as honest as it was possible without hurting him. He said he understood. Only friends. But he kept going, after a short while. And there, things started.

He eventually left the LS after 5 times of leaving voluntarily to come back days later, perhaps to catch some attention from everyone. BUt what he truly did was annoy everyone in there, and eventually, no one in the LS wanted him back, for what I had to deny him a pearl. He felt very bad, I am sure.
It must be rogh. But he did not have to stalk me. He did not have to follow me all around my online life.
 
thats fucked up. well not really. its more and more commen i think. i have creepy students. like REALLY creepy. so i feel ya.
 
Well personally i've never had a stalker (in game anyways), but i just had two freinds leave our server for being stalked.

It was a very friendly married couple Cristi and her husband Ar..somethingornother. Anywho, both very nice and she apparently had some dude that was madly in love with her and wouldn't leave her alone. He was even making threats towards her husband... i mean WTF?!?!

It is still a game people! you can't fall in love with a 2inch animation and some typewritten letters rolling by. Some people are just f'in tards.

Anywho, you shouldn't blame yourself Ar, it sounds like you tried to be nice about it all until you finally had enough and had to push him away. Trust me when i say it's much better to break away from that situation as soon as possible. Your heart tried to reach out to him and he still couldn't get himself to where he needed to be. My point is you tried, and what more can ya do?

You HAVE to come clean man... Did you fall for a Manthra? It's OK you can tell us. And if it was the case, ever think that they actually were female and just told you they were male, so you'd get off their back? LOL
