Yes it is, considering how others have used the term in a joking way, as have I, and haven't been banned for it. I believe some signature correcting is in order. Arc will you please make Jamal remove the part of his sig. that contains the quote from Falsey?
 
im sorry but since when does your router ip actually spread out any further than your local network? Unless theres some new crazy ass routers all coked up on digital snow sendin random notes through the series of tubes that i have yet to hear about.
When an IP is dispayed it will never be a router IP...thats local only.

Wow, just wow. Resorting to this. I did do the search you mentioned. And I've reported posts like that in the past. I will continue to do so. I'm standing on much more solid ground than you are.

Racial terms do not lose their meaning by changing the spelling. Change the spelling on any other racist term and start flinging it around here then. If its not a problem, you shouldn't have a problem with others either.

Yes at a minimum posts get edited. Sometimes people get temp bans. Repeated offenses like Ya boy Yusuke get the stick.

IP addresses at my school tend to change every couple days, so what about that?
Maybe Darsha and Yusuke live in the same city? I've gotten banned from a site I never went to before, and the message was, "banned for spamming".

This is because the site that banned him didnt ban a specific IP they banned an array of IPs. Alot of people have this problem when they are trying to post from college campuses and such.
