Hey guys, I'm going to purchase a second account for myself so that I can use both my computers to dual wield characters and I only have one question. I'm looking for a job I can get to 75 quick. There are a few things I'm looking for though and I'll list them in order of most important to least important:
Quick Invites/Cannon Job/Overall Easy to Level
Good Duo Partner
Cheap to Level
Requires Few Subs (1 or 2)
Able to Claim Mobs


Could you guys help guide me in the way of a job. Also, I know BRD fits all those pretty well, but I don't want to play BRD; therefore suggestions other than BRD would be greatly appreciated.
 
rdm but you'd need at least blm, whm, and drk as subs at least...but you have rdm so that kinda defeats the point of more "well-roundedness" (in lack of a better word)

brd pretty much fits the shoes you're looking for, cor maybe but it's a little expensive if you dd in pts.

Unless you're lazy like me, BRD/WHM can ride to 75 pretty quickly.
 
I'd say a good DD is a mages best friend. Pretty much any DD/NIN is an awesome combo to self dual-box with. Monk or Warrior you'd only have to worry about 1-2 subs. They can get a little pricy, but its worth the sacrifice.

I never really had any problems getting invites until the 60-70 stages, and that was when 2-hander's hadn't been fixed yet, but I think everyone not WHM/BRD/RDM/NIN finds a party shortage through those levels. The good thing is you can seek on one while farming/questing/whatever on the other, so its win-win.

Warrior, Monk, Ninja or Samaurai would all be good choices imo.

You have rdm 75 so you can PL anymelee job w/o much gear investement. Pl it on mob's pet (goblin's bat rarab etc). I know from experience that THF+RDM is awesome duo combo.
 
Going by your mains jobs, I'd say brd, nin, thf, rdm, or blm (in that order). I know you said you didn't want brd, but brd seriously makes everything easier, they're just that good to have around. Either nin or thf can duo pretty well with a rdm, but nin is much easier to get parties with.
