Stat question

I was lookin at to pictures I have of my stats one 59 the other 61 my base stats didn't change at all...So I was wondering is there a cap on your stats? (Besides the 75 stats cause well we know you cant level past that and make em go up lol) If anyone can help me out post please ^^

Nope, but depending on your job and it's weak / strong stats, it may take 3-6 levels before your stat raises one point, especially 60+. A 75 war in the alla forums said she gained I think 1 str (2 at most) between lv69 and lv75.

I gained vit faster than str 1-60ish, the 60-now I gained more str than vit, making my base str higher than my base vit. I think it depends on job, level, and race.

1-60 stat gains are fairly predictable, but 60+ it becomes rather erratic and slower.

Does it all even out? Will two players of the same build upon reaching 75 have the same stats? It sounds almost random.

No, but I must say my stats have been really loopy since 60 for sure. I gained exactly 2 VIT on every even level all the way from 1 to 60. Upon reaching 60, my VIT increased from 72 to 74, yes yes hum hum cheerio jolly good. Then I hit 62 . . . ahh 76 VIT how lovely, how magnifi-WHAT?! 74. Level 64 . . . 74. Level 66 . . . 75. Level 68 . . . 75. Level 70 . . . 77.

If it had kept increasing at the old rate I would have 84 VIT. . . . then again my MP started increasing a lot faster so I guess it's alright but I'd rather have the VIT.^^;

Same race, job, subjob, and lvls will result in identical hp/mp and stats. The growth rate is set, just doesn't follow a good linear formulae.

Is this proven? I'd bet money that if I looked at another 61 elvaan war, we'd have identical stats and hp with no equipment on.

Yeah, you would have identical stats. It sounds like you are trying to disagree and agree with me at the same time. :lol:

If you have identical race, job, subjob, and lvls your stats would be the same as each other.

Sounds like you mean that each race-job-subjob may have varying stats at the same level, but will have the same at 75. Me engrish no gud.

What I was trying to say is the stats will always be the same/set. What doesn't follow a good linear formulae is the growth rate. EG: get 1 str at 60, get another 62, get your next at 66, get another at 67, etc. No linear growth rate, but all identical characters will get them at the same time.
