I believe that's because RA has a more concrete limit on accuracy and attack, doesn't it? I thought ranged attacks and skills capped at 85%.

Huh, I forgot to log out on this computer.

Sidewinder has a natural -20 (30?) accuracy at 100% TP, nevermind the issues with ranged accuracy.

Bladewind, go buy a stack of blind pots. The things are nearly as potent as Flash. Go do the same test that guy did, on Lesser Colibri or whatever your target of choice is. If it doesn't convince you, you're not looking for answers at all.

Slugwinders description even says "Delivers a powerful but inaccurate attack"

And its acc is based on TP so one can assume it'd be lower at 100 tp.
