Is there anyone out there that has a large amount of experience on Access that I could talk to?

MCDBA, however limited "expert" experience with Access. Sup?

Well, we have a file that is on a networked drive and we are trying to find a way to get it so all 3 of us can have it open and editable at the same time. As of right now, the file says it is opened by so and so and can only be opened in read only.

Also, is there a way to make a checkbox that when clicked will move the record to a new database automatically?

Go to tools > options > Advanced tab

Under Default open mode select shared.
Then below that Default record locking select Edited record

Edit:

Well I cant figure out the second question. I dont program the databases I just support them lol. I will keep screwing with it.

There may be a way to do that (I just don't know), but I'd imagine it would create a shit-ton of headaches between the 3 of you (depending on how well you all communicate with each other).

There was an instance here at work similar to yours, only instead of an access file, it was an excel file. Data was "getting lost" because so many people where working on it and nobody was communicating.
