Still wanna Bungee jump after this?

i didn't want to bungee jump PERIOD as i'm afraid of heights, but now i have even more of a reason not to

I move that we make the posting of snuff films a punishable-by-death-offense.

That is so freaking morbid, and.......I think I am more scared of Bungee jumping now. But I am pretty sure they weren't doing it with professionals.

My avatar may be considered cruel by some, but that video is just disgusting.

I think videos like this should not be posted here, and should be a bannable offense, and it should just be common knowledge not to post this filth here in the same way nobody would post a porn video here and say "Well it IS reality sinks in, and porn IS part of reality..".

Plz have this removed to save the eyes of the 13 yr-olds that play FFXI and read these forums. We do not need to aid in having young teens discover that website and become obssessed with viewing filmed deaths. Because there's gonna be that 1 kid that grows up and wants to see the real thing...

Hey! Where's the cream fillin?!

Dante i wonder about you sometimes ;)

on a side note this is no better than the animal skinning post that got us flame moderators :P

Bunch of pansies :P

It never showed the death just the rope breaking.

What does this accomplish? All the dumb asses lilke myself who tried it once and believed it "was safe" can now see the truth and not be dumbasses yourself.

I see it everyday people are like lemmings. Just because other people do it they think it can't happen to them. Well heres a slap in the face for you all.

So there.

Sadly, dante has a point. Anyone who thinks jumping off a bridge tied to .... whatever .. and considers it remotely safe deserves what they get IMO. Personally i'm a timid guy i don't go out in thunderstorms, i don't jump off bridges, and i stay away from taco bell. I can see the logic behind "look at this dumbass" i just think it's annoying to come on the boards for snuff-fest 05 every other week.

screw it, let a mod do it if it warrants it. I wasen't trying to single you out or anything, it seems to be the latest fad is all's i'm sayin.

So you're you going to note stupidity through someone's death? That ain't right.

there's a book written about it actually and there's also a website...called the darwin awards. It tells the tales of people who got themselves killed/castrated in very stupid ways.

The Darwin Awards salute the improvement of
the human genome by honoring those who accidentally
kill themselves in really stupid ways.

This video made me sad :(

A girl with her whole life in front of her, to have to ended suddenly and unexpectedly.

Makes one relieze just how fragile life of any sort really is. Be it an insect that's suddenly smashed and flatted, the animal crossing the road, or a human caught up in some mistake disaster.

But at the same time...Life is to be lived.

About the post though, if you post something like this again you should post a solid warning in the topic. But I think alot of people can handle it, we're a generation that experienced a homeland disaster after all, 9-11.

At the very end it showed the girl laying dead on the ground.

No, regardless of what you might have *wanted* this to accomplish, what this really accomplished is the promotion of the website (which I will not name) from which this film came from. A website that runs its business on viewing the tragedies of others.

The same thing goes for any other statistic. If you had really been concerned about this you would've given a well-typed article on the statistics of bungee deaths. What next? A thread titled "Everyone who thinks driving a car is fun, better think again!" along with a video of a car crash in which both drivers died?

Or maybe a plane crash, afterall, people don't HAVE to take plane rides. There's always the alternatives: walk, drive, boat-cruise.

So here's a slap in the face for you.

im gonna do this next spring with a bunch of my friends. can't wait.

Man you people really like to blow shit out of proportion, but I am King of that so, ok.....

No it did not, if you call 2 fuzzy white specs on the screen that was running around on the ground a dead girl, Frankly I dunno how you get that. That sir is your imagination running wild for answers, to something you found offensive.

Right here is that Lemmings mentality that I was talking about. Did I get it from that site? No. Have I ever been to that site? No. I got it from an email from a friend who knows I've done bungee jumping before. I bet when you get those xxx emails with links you just have to go to those sites too right?

Thats the difference between you and I (now anyway), the difference is that I can see something and make a choice if I want to see more or not. You on the other hand are compelled to do what you see, what you think is cool, instead of doing what your brains tells you to and NOT DO IT. People just like that is the reason why I posted it.

Hey I still do it, guilty as well.

Actually unless you see a car crash, would that really stop you from driving a car? Driving drunk? I doubt it, the only thing that would make you think twice would be if you saw it for yourself, and saw the aftermath. Would you be afraid of fire if you've never seen it for yourself? Would you know cigerattes are bad for you if you never saw people die from it? Doctors knew from the very begining that ciggerates were bad for you and they even told everyone so. But it took watching your loved ones die in front of you to change everyones thinking.

The video speaks for itself, no statistics needed. Again the video didn't show any violence, gore, whatever, it left it up to your sick imagination to think what happened. Much unlike your sig which a little girl gets blasted in the face by a basketball. You think a little kid can't die from such a blow? It didn't show what happend to her after? How do you know she's allright?

Funny that you of all people with that Avatar is coming here as the posts biggest critic. I smell a guilty concience.
