I honestly tend to agree with Fire and Ajs. If you've got no time to camp, but plenty of gil floatin in the LS Bank, I can clearly understand the merit behind buying stones to speed up the process of getting Haidates for your LS. Granted, to purchase stones from them and then come here and flame/criticize those who buy gil from them, would, again, be hypocrisy. I'd honestly be curious to see which shells do indeed buy them, but that's just a matter of curiousity.

If it was meant to be earned and not bought, then why aren't Stones R/EX?

And some shells do more than just sky. In between doing things like 3 kings, sea, limbus, dynamis, etc... Not everyone has the time for sky. I'd much rather be spending a few mill that could be easily earned than wasting another 10+ hours, just for a SHOT at Ulli. People want their Haidate and other shit and are willing to pay to do it.

Bottom line is, a person would be a hypocrite to say that gillbuyers are cheaters and losers and all this other garbage then excuse away supporting that behavior in end-game. It's a greasy, underhanded thing to do. I don't care how much these shells have on their plate. If you have time to fight Byakko, you have time to earn the stone. People willing to pay for those types of items are as bad as the gilbuyers and sellers. Plain and simple. And maybe even worse because they're acting so self-righteous while doing it.

Part of the fun of this game for me is earning things and accomplishing goals with my ls/friends. Where is the fun in buying everything, what is the point of the game?

Speculation. I think it's just a topic that people are approaching logically. Most of the people that have thus far posted are hardly known as Kaizen "fanboys".

Out of context but in general true. Just the same some RMT on other servers will get you AF2, god gear and 3 kings gear in exchange for in game gil that they'll in turn sell. On a practical level I'd rather earn 20mill than join a HNM shell and wait 2 years to get for example M body - because as a Tarutaru I'd be systematically discriminated in any LS I joined. As well if I earned the gil myself I wouldn't feel like I was cheating.

But then again I don't give a shit about RMT and other cheats as long as they don't create any direct victims and have said so for years, and being that I've been pretty much 100% alone on that stance and given a lot of shit for it... and some of it by Kaizen members... I don't feel like anyone could use that defense fairly.

Hell, I prefer not to spend an assload of time farming a lot of worthwhile things. Opo-Opo crown comes to mind. But I did it. It didn't take ten minutes. It took days. It's not about enjoying camping. Ulli fucking sucks. Anyone who has camped him knows that. But it's the difference between taking a shortcut by doing something sleazy and working for something. Guess it depends on the type of person you are. It wouldn't be me buying them. And I think anyone who would, especially from RMT, is a total asshole.

Not having the time doesn't justify supporting RMT and their "job". If you're gonna be buying Autumnstones from them to save time you may as well pay them money to get them to foot your KS99s and Cloud Evoker / Monarch Orb BCs. Though I'm sure this isn't at all a new idea to some of you.

Why? It should be difficult to get arguably the best melee pants in the game and a shot at Kirin. I bet Land King campers don't want shells to sell chances at lotting a Ridill.

Experience and skill > rmt botters anyday of the week. I play on PS2 and used to have battles with Odhinn over who was gonna claim 1st me or him(different shells) all in fun. Chi blast vs. provoke. The jps or rmt present didn't have a chance. Also I have probably attained 20 or so merit points at Ulli camps.

I don't know why Isomiau decided to drop our name, but we have nothing to do with this. What are you exactly saying here? I will re-iterate we take pride in camping Ulli, you just need to pick an optimal time to do it.
