Stop buying Ulli stones, you *#%*tards

No one ruined it, only SE did. If gil sellers weren't at ulli... it would still take 10 hours to camp and you'd have to compete with tons of other linkshells, including the ones who would be buying them otherwise. (I guess you can argue less bots, but I'm not too sure about that)

Back when I did heavy sky, camping ulli was usually done in a small exp party while the rest of the shell camped other stuff (no competition), and it'd still took hellishly long, and was still a bottleneck in sky.

SE should just make ulli pop at least once every 2 hours or something.

SE doesn't do it cuz they want you play more.

I think because rngs don't want byakko legs.

He probably completely overlooked the fact rangers where usually first in line for osodes back before the nerf.

lol, Somehow.. I imagine that even though RNGs don't use Byakko's Haidate... that some people would still want to kill Byakko! That, and the point you made of osodes. =p

Buy your stones, i dont care. Dont buy RMT. I try to buy all my RMT type stuff from B.Downs so i know that its not comming from RMT.

the sad diffrence is that the RMT hack the hell out of him, hardcore. Vs. other shells its all skill and a little luck. Vs. bots its not so easy -_-

I just speed red this thread but please tell me what's the difference between buying a stone form RMT and buying anything RMT sells on AH? Look at the Shihei history, food, ammo, 50% is RMT. Any expensive material, 50% RMT. Crafters buy V claw form RMT throught AH. People buy SH made out of RMT V claw, should we throw stones at them to?

I'm sorry but I'm tired of this double-sided crap. If you (and I mean the reader, not Mara in particular) are honnest and serious about not buying from RMT then stop buying from AH. Or is there a line or blur zone I'm unaware of? Under 1 mil it's ok to buy from RMT? What about if you buy 10 of said item?

Don't kid yourself in thinking you never gave gil to RMT. Since day 1 everyone has been one way or another, mainly throught AH. Again, I'm sick of this high-and-mighty attitude of not buying stones but turning around and buying 500K worth of shihei a month from RMT. Follow your conviction all the way or stop trying to act in some "honorable" fashion.

As for every LS not buying stones I'm sorry but that's bullshit. More then 75% of you do and stop pretending otherwise. Rawr's been the only LS up there vs RMT for almost 3 weeks and some members have been practically living there. We never see any other LS up there even less another legit LS claim the fucker. Yet most LS stil do 1-2 Kirins a week. I call bullshit. I to can go to my leader and say I got a stone on my own time when in fact I bought it.

Yay for dumb people who need explanations on analogies. Hint: self-sustenance and proclaimed "rarity" of experience.
The analogy is still broken, buying the stones is a display of wealth and power if anything, not living in a cardboard box. Killing kirin in under a minute is another display of ability and power, not a "rare experiance".

Now whether they're using such wealth and/or power ethically is another issue, but you have no right to call anyone dumb over your use of an incorrect analogy.

I *really* hate to say it, but whatever they can do, some JP LS will manage better if they actually cared (yeah, go ahead and bash me as the NA hater, but accept the truth). It really boils down to what that RMT supporter guy said in his post, it's really a matter of exclusivity, nothing more. It's as frivolous and meaningless as meeting some celebrity.

And I'm sorry, but if you don't understand that analogy, you will get some pretty bad scores in whatever flavor of standardized tests that are out there.

Yeah, there was 4 linkshells up there last night(rawr included), and the wednesday before and the one before that as well. Rawr isn't the only linkshell on the server that's camping Ulli, so stop acting like you're the only one's camping Ulli anymore. You've listed two linkshells that buy stones, but there's still a good 15 or so that camp; so you and RMT are obviously not the only ones who kill Ulli.

What gear does the JP have that they don't? Apparently you're not aware, but NA's on every server started overcoming the JP's gear superiority a long time ago. Now, there is pretty much no difference between the two other than language.

If there was a way to tell the difference between who was selling what on the AH, than it would be a HUGE issue and I would fully support boycotting gilsellers. However, boycotting certain items just because gilsellers sell some of them would be like beheading yourself to cure a headache. There is no way you could functionally *not* buy from RMT on the AH. At *every* last place I've tried to make gil from farming bees as a lv 20 WAR to mining in Oldton Movopolis, I have *always* competed against gilsellers. Quite simply, if there is a way to make money in this game, there is a gilseller or a team of gilsellers exploiting it. Therefore, almost everything on the AH to some degree is provided by a gilseller.

This arguement does not hold true for stones. Buying a stone from a gilseller LS is knowlingly giving your gil over to them. It both provides them more gil to sell to the #*(%tards that buy it and provides an incentive for them to continue monopolizing Ulli. Their dream scenario would be for all LSs to give up camping and simply buy from them. 3-4 stones a day at 6-10 million a piece is an ENORMOUS amount of revenue for them. Every time you buy from them instead of camping Ulli yourself, you bring them closer and closer to that terrible goal.

You think it would stop there? If they can do that with Ulli, they can figure out how to do it with Zippy, Faust, etc. If they fully take over an NM, it won't be long before we start seeing them move on others. Given enough incentive (players buying stones), there's absolutely no reason for gilsellers not to monopolize every claimable NM in sky.

Actually I myself wasn't there this week since I just got back from an out town trip so if that's true, glad to see legit LSs are back. And I mean back because as for the weeks before, I'm sorry but no, there wasn't 4 LSs up there with us. Most nights it's only us, other nights it's maybe a few people from other LS, nothing serious. And I sure as hell ain't see no one but RMT claim Ullik every time.

I've also personally spent time outside Rawr up there trying to find a way to beat them. In the daytime it's only them. 3 months ago there was 5-6 LSs on any given night camping Ullik. Now it's 1-2 (except for this week it seems) if that. And I know most LS still do Kirins regularly. I'm sorry but you aren't going to make me believe they all got stones by claiming Ullik.

As for me naming LSs, I didn't, the original poster did. My list would have been much longer.

Even doing it on the AH is almost better than walking up to MrGilseller6643 and saying: "hello kind sir, i would like 1 god pop set. Just put it on my mommy's Visa please"

Its not two sided, or double standard, or whatever. Dont knowing buy from RMT. AH is almost acceptable because you cant conroll who you get it from, and legitimate people sell stuff there too. But in B.Downs, you know exactly who you're getting it from.

I only know about wednesday nights, because that's when we were camping, and every time I saw multiple linkshells up at ulli camping. If the other nights are bare, I wouldn't know about that.

Back when it first came out, like, during the patch that made Marboro/Goobbue uncharmable, they extended Ulli's pop window because Kirin had too long of a waiting line because LSes were fighting over who was to go next. That was back when Kirin took 2-3h to kill though, and they really, really, -really- should fix this problem.

The difference being, the NA community being full of people like yourself who think having a ridill/adaman war or two in the crowd makes a world of difference.

I rest my case.

This thread rates a Stale Taco on the Thread Tacometer. >.>

SE just needs to delete more RMT.

As to Kazien buying their stones.... I'm sorry but I don't care how you got the pop items, killing Kirin in under a minute is a major accomplishment.

I don't think people should be buying stones from RMT, but I don't see a problem with people buying stones from other players. How many people have bought things off the AH instead of camping the NM that drops it, doing the quest that awards it (think Sleepga II), or doing the BCNM/KSNM the item drops in? According to SE's recent census the average players spends 4 hrs a day online, thusly some players buy things instead of camping for them because they don't have the time to spend camping.

I agree some things you should work for, and if you do work for it you have a right to be proud of having done it and accomplished what you did. That does NOT give you the right however to bash someone else who bought it because they didn't have the time to camp the NM or whatever other reason, telling them they haven't "worked for what they got". Sometimes it's easier to spend some time farming and crafting things than to invest countless hours camping an NM, only to get claim 10+ times and never get the drop you want. If you work for the gil you have the right to buy the items you want and still feel proud to have accomplished possessing them.

I'm talking to YOU Kaizen and Boondocksaints. Yes, I'm calling you out.

I've heard from current and former members of your LSes that you have paid gil to RMT because apparenty you're too damned lazy to camp for claim yourselves.

I'm sick and tired of pretending it doesn't happen. Is my LS seriously the last sky shell that does not buy autumnstones?

You people are only perpetuating the problem. If you stop giving them gil RMT WILL STOP CAMPING ULLI because it'll be a waste of their time.

You people make me sick.

BIG, HUGE, MASSIVELY LARGE EDIT: Fury did not belong on this list at all. I was mistaken, and have apologized to the LS leaders that I could find online.

Why the -fuck- would you call out Fury like that? Do you know what you are talking about? I use to run with Fury every single fucking farming day and we never, EVER once bought a stone from RMT. Jesus man, get your shit straight before you post.

Edit: Saw your apology, but still, what the fuck

What case? All I recall is you saying "JP > NA, end of story." Gear isn't the reason anymore, skill wasn't the reason long before that, there's no reasoning behind that attitude other than a mouthful of JP dick. As much as I hate that term, that's seriously all you're showing here. Try actually building a case before you try to rest it.
