Storeage cap?

Clearing out mh selling gear to give to mates etc

and tried something

get 100+ storage
but i cant any ideas if there is a cap?

There's a cap of 80, which was, if I recall, made quite public when storage itself was implemented.

So if you get 16 pieces of furniture that have 5 storage slots each you can get a max of 144 slots in your mog house. :wink:

Thanks for the info, I had wanted to find this out myself because I have a mule that holds all my gear and i've been increasing the storage but didn't know the limit.

Eh not hurting my feelings. I read into things as usual. I was thinking the poster was talking about 144 storage slots since the original post was about storage.
Storage to me = storage.
MH = safe
Locker = locker.

You can actually get 150 storage spaces in your mog house, baring the storage included from mog locker.

Mannequin x 8 = 56(7 slots each), then fill out the rest with those 5 storage slot furnishings, that's only 10 slots used with 80 slots gained.

I'm a little confused ; ;

Getting a mannequin gives you more storage space than having a piece of furniture with lets say... 5 slots? I always thought mannequins were only for show, and other than that gave only one storage slot per piece?

Too lazy to crop this, but this is the stats on the mannequin:

You can have the mannequins wear any gear in your storage, but they actually add quite a bit as well. I can post a picture later of them wearing some of the gear I rarely/never use.

After you complete the mannequin quest, each additional mannequin costs 500k and you can exchange race/genders for 100k. Also, if you do the subsequent quests you can change the pose of the mannequins for I believe 5k.

Edit: Screenshot of some of my mannequins in action, holding some of the relic I can't use or the other gear I don't need. The galka is in normal position, the hume is in Bastok /salute(the best) and the Mithra is in /hurray.
